With more than 35 years of combined experience serving clients on the Mornington Peninsula and around Victoria, Justin and Craig Hosking have developed a very genuine, down-to-earth approach to their work that clients appreciate. 

Our Legal Practitioners

Justin Hosking

Justin Hosking is a principal of Hosking Lawyers, having completed his law and commerce degree at Monash University in 1997. 

Justin was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1998 and has practised as a solicitor on the Mornington Peninsula for the past 20 years. For the past 13 years Justin has specialised in family law and de-facto property matters.

 He has been appearing in the Magistrates Court at Dromana and Frankston Magistrates Courts nearly every week since he was an articled clerk in 1997. 

He has handled matters ranging from serious criminal offences in the County and Supreme Courts to minor traffic violations and everything in between.

Craig Hosking

Craig Hosking is a principal of Hosking Lawyers, having completed his law and commerce degree at Monash University in 2000. 

Craig was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2001 and worked at a firm in the CBD for two years in general practice before relocating to Rosebud. For the past 16 years Craig has worked with Justin in private practice on the Mornington Peninsula. 

Craig has extensive experience in the drafting of wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and estate planning, retail leasing, conveyancing and property matters and the sale and purchase of small and medium sized businesses.
